In my mind, a culture is a symbol of a country or an area and a global mindset is a way to adapt or even learn something from a new culture. Hence a global mindset combines an openness to and awareness of diversity. It tells us how to get on well with others and get good friends who may be from other countries. In a person's life, he cannot always do what he wants to do. Sometimes he has to work with others who has a different culture. Therefore, though the global mindedness may push the limits of one's own way of doing things, it is still necessary to work together, not individually.
